ONLINE PURCHASES

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Return shipping is at the purchasers expense.

Orders that are eligible for Return that received FREE shipping will be refunded minus the shipping costs from original purchase.

Returns will be refunded for the amount of the product only. Shipping costs and return shipping are at the purchasers expense.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must be in their original packaging with all of the original tags and branding attached.

All returned items must be properly packaged so that no harm is caused to the product during shipping. Snowboards should be shipped in snowboard specific boxes

Orders over $200 in Canada receive FREE shipping. Sale items do not qualify for free shipping.

Orders to Nunavut, Yukon or Northwest Territories do not qualify for Shipping.

Orders that are eligible for Return that received FREE shipping will be refunded minus the shipping costs from original purchase.

For security purposes, the billing and shipping address of a credit card purchase must be identical in order for Alternative Groove to complete your transaction. Alternative Groove reserves the right to cancel any orders not matching this criteria or order flagged as potentially fraudulent in nature. Furthermore, Alternative Groove reserves the right to cancel any order, where the total purchase amount captured will be refunded in full.
