Firshore NWSE 6'1

NWSE - The ‘NWSE’ model was one of our first shapes developed. Designed with those steeper sections in mind this shape fits perfect in the pocket and we kept this model as a thruster set up for maximum torque in the tail. How many spots work on a NW swell and a SE wind ..well lots, so it just seemed fitting to name this model the ‘NWSE’.

The wide nose a low level entry rocker works well in combination with the wide point being pushed forward under the front foot to help in those flatter sections. Everything back from this point is drawn into the tail enabling the rider to transfer weight and pivot the board with ease. A very fun and Playful shape that is in the top pick for Team Riders from knee high to just overhead.

This shape works best right in the pocket for Intermediate surfers. Also for Novice or beginners looking to get that ‘down the line’ speed feeling. Riders should choose model size according to skill levels. Riding this shape 4-6” smaller than your standard short board for maximum performance or maxing out the available volumes for buoyancy and a higher wave count. Either way, once your on the green wave you'll find more room on the face to pivot the ‘NWSE’.
